Attracting students by excellence!

Traditionally, it is common for teachers to evaluate students to create a picture of students’ individual performance. However, in order to demonstrate how well a school – as an educational institution – teaches their students, the learning experience of those students must be considered:

Students evaluate their teachers to create a picture of the teaching quality of the school as a whole. On the one hand side, this gives a good orientation to those who have to pay the school fees. On the other hand side, it enables the school to improve internally.

The basis for the award “Excellent Education” is a standardized, professional survey of students and teachers. The survey is anonymous and via an online platform. One has to invest only 5 minutes of their time to provide their feedback.

The evaluation provides an overview of the four most relevant factors of educational success and reflects the evaluations based on comparative values collected empirically. Both – the individual results for each aspect and summarizing overviews at factor level – are reported back.

Educational institutions – that their own students consider to be having sufficiently attractive learning experience at – receive the “Excellent Education” award, and can use it for their own brand marketing for a whole year.

About us

We have been successfully active in Europe (Germany) in the field of evaluating good employers for around 15 years: Therefore we guarantee the implementation of the standards of scientific work in evaluating employer attractiveness in various contexts, and also implement them in practice ourselves. In this way, we have been supporting various surveys and their evaluations in the context of evaluating employers for more than a decade, mostly in the background and on behalf of others.

We have developed the respective evaluation standards and made existing empirical findings valid for numerous awards. Our analyses are always well-founded, meaningful and therefore also effective in the long term. Today we can consciously count ourselves among the leading players in the field of serious assessment of employer attractiveness, even though this expertise has only rarely been exposed to the outside world. In cooperation with our partner in India, Mrs. Swati Pawar, we can now also use our expertise for the evaluation of educational institutions (school, university, college etc.). Our background is based on Educational Science (Diploma). That helps us separating relevant factors from those that sound pretty, but have very little impact.
