When do we process which personal data?

We process your personal data in the following cases:

The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes:

With the help of the survey individual assessments are collected.

Roos Consult GmbH & Co.KG is the data-collecting agency and responsible for:
– the development of the online survey,
– conducting the survey,
– the safe storage of the data during the collection,
– the electronic collection and processing of data,
– the evaluation of the results in generalized form and
– the destruction of the data and notes after the investigations have been completed.

Anonymity and voluntariness:
The survey is anonymous and participation in the survey is voluntary. H. you will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not participate. It is not known whether you took part in the survey.

Handling of the data:
We assure you that your anonymity is of course guaranteed.
After the answers have been registered, they are immediately recorded electronically, processed and further anonymized. After completion of the investigations, the data will be deleted. Results of the investigations are presented exclusively in a generalized, anonymous form.
The starting code, which must be used to register for the survey, is randomly generated and contains neither direct nor indirect information that suggests a specific natural person. This means that no reference to a natural person is possible.

Who has access to the documents or the data?

No personal data is transmitted to third parties. It is ensured that results are only published in a generalized, anonymous form.
