Swati Pawar (Managing Director – Head of IT)
Swati is an engineer with over 20 years of IT industry experience of working with teams from India, China, USA and Europe. She is trained by Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India) through the 1st batch of Women Entrepreneurship Development Program conducted by Symbiosis Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Pune). Her vision is to help organizations evolve by working at individual level.

Christian Roos (Managing Director – Head of Research)
Christian specializes in management-diagnostics, evaluation-processes and consulting with over 25 years of experience in his professional field. He has worked professionally with organizations from India, USA, China and Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland etc.). Christian has a Master-Degree in Educational Science and Economics.

Onkar Mirajkar (Regional Partner – Maharashtra)
Mr. Onkar has over 15 Years of industry experience in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) domain. He has been actively working with schools and colleges by conducting CSR events to bring the awareness, sense of responsibility and behavioural change in students/teachers. He is also a parent himself. This all give him a deeper understanding of the need for excellence in the educational institutions. He gladly chooses to be the Regional Partner of Excellent Education in Maharashtra Region.
Dr. Prital Shah (Regional Partner – Gujarat)
Dr. Prital Shah (MD) is an Associate Professor and an experienced Homoeopathic Physician with extensive clinical practice since 2006. She is also a mother. This all-round experience – being an academician as well as a parent herself – has given her very well understanding of the challenges faced by parents while looking for the best school for their children. Hence she believes in the potential of the „Excellent Education Certification“ towards the betterment of the society. She gladly represents „Excellent Education“ as our Regional Partner for the state of Gujarat.
